We offer a diverse range of activities, including football bowling, a Nerf arena, indoor pickleball courts, golf simulators, a wiffleball field, giant basketball Connect Four, a full-service kitchen, and a lively bar, making us the go-to spot for family fun and social gatherings. We seek enthusiastic and customer-focused Nerf Party Coordinators to join our team and help create thrilling and memorable Nerf arena parties.
Position Summary: Nerf Party Coordinators
As a Nerf Party Coordinator at 1st and Bowl, you will be the main point of contact and host for Nerf-themed parties for kids and adults. You will ensure that every detail is taken care of, from setting up the Nerf arena to leading guests through exciting games and activities, providing a fun and safe environment for guests to celebrate and enjoy a fantastic time.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet party guests and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Engage with children and their families, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
- Lead and supervise Nerf battles, games, and activities while ensuring safety guidelines are followed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Nerf arena.
- Coordinate with other 1st and Bowl teammates for timely serving of food and beverages to the children and guests.
- Handle inquiries, concerns, and special requests from parents and guests with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Ensure the safety and enjoyment of all children during the party.
Qualifications
- Experience coaching, teaching or otherwise working with children is preferred.
- Enthusiasm for Nerf games and creating exciting, kid-friendly experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and adaptability to ensure each Nerf party is unique and unforgettable.
- Availability to work flexible hours, primarily on weekends.
